Movement, Your Way
How to build a workout routine that fits your life.
October 7, 2026

A good workout routine has to survive a normal week. Some days have room for the Pilates class, the run, and coffee afterward. Others have twenty minutes between meetings and dinner. The trick is having more than one version of the routine ready to go.
Regular physical activity supports physical and mental health, and shorter bouts can contribute to the bigger picture too. So instead of planning around the perfect week, start with the time you actually have.
What can you do in 10 to 20 minutes?
Keep the setup simple. A brisk neighborhood walk. A short strength circuit. Mobility on the living room floor. A quick run before the first meeting.
Ten or twenty minutes gets you moving without turning the workout into an event. This is also where having the basics ready matters. Shoes by the door. Headphones charged. Strada ready to mix before you leave.
In practice, that might mean protein after strength training, mixed into an iced coffee in the morning, or shaken up when your next meal is still a while away.
What works in 30 to 45 minutes?
This is where a lot of everyday routines settle in. A Pilates class. A neighborhood run. Pickleball. Strength training. A long walk with a podcast.
If you’re figuring out how to stay consistent with working out, pick a few options you already know you like. The class you book without thinking. The route you know by heart. The gym session you can start without spending ten minutes deciding what to do.
Your Strada can stay constant even when the movement changes. Water during class. Electrolytes after hot yoga. Another refill back at your desk.
What about the days you have an hour?
Take advantage of the extra room. Meet your run buddy. Head to the trail. Book the longer class. Give the gym session a little more time.
Make yourself a workout menu.
Try keeping a few options ready:
- 15 minutes: walk or mobility
- 30 minutes: run or strength
- 45 minutes: class or gym session
- 60 minutes: long walk, run, class, or pickleball
Then when the schedule changes, the workout has somewhere else to go.
That’s the rhythm Strada was designed around. Different day. Different movement. Same bottle within reach.
Mix what moves you.
