A: Depending on the shipping service you select at checkout, you can expect your order between 1-7 business days after we’ve received and processed your order. Processing may take 1-3 days depending on when you place your order. For example: If you place your order on a Friday afternoon, we’ll receive and process your order on Monday and ship it out by Tuesday. Your order will be picked up by the carrier on Tuesday and then shipping timelines will depend on the shipping service selected below.

A: Yes. All pieces (including the wire whisk) are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend placing any small parts in the silverware bin and handwashing the cup to help preserve its finish.
A: No. The leakproof seal allows pressure to build up inside the bottle/jars when heated, which can cause the lids or flip caps to burst open unexpectedly and spray hot contents.
A: Wash the bottle before its initial use and immediately after every use using warm, soapy water or a top-rack dishwasher cycle. When storing your bottle in a cupboard, keep the lid open rather than tightly closed to prevent odors from building up.
A: Shaker & Tumbler Shaker – great for mixing protein, collagen, or other drink mixes. Carbonated beverages are discouraged. Glass Shaker – great for greens, supplements and root powders. Regularly clean immediately after use. Perishable liquids left in the bottle could create pressure and the lid may unexpectedly open.
A: Immediately after every use. Protein residues can create severe odors if left unwashed.
A: No. Strada shaker cups are not intended for use with hot or warm liquids. The secure seal prevents pressure from escaping, which can cause the flip cap to pop open unexpectedly and spray hot contents. The same warning applies to carbonated or perishable beverages.
A: The total cup volume is measured directly to the brim of each cup (with the lid off). The printed ounce and milliliter markings do not go all the way to the very top for aesthetic reasons.

A: Yes. All Strada products are—and always have been—BPA and Phthalate-free.
A: Our corporate offices are located in Lehi, Utah. Products are designed in the USA and manufactured in China.
A: We get it, mistakes happen all the time! If you placed your order within the last 25 mins it’s possible that you can still make changes by visiting your account here. If it has been a little longer, chances are that your order is a little too far along the fulfillment process for us to make changes. If you couldn’t make changes to your order please submit a return request.
A: Yes. Shipping options at checkout include priority services (1-3 business days). Keep in mind, it may take 1-3 business days to fulfill your order before it’s in the carrier’s hands.

A: Strada operates an authorized retailer network; if you reside outside the U.S. or Canada, contact us for more details.
A: We accept major credit cards (refunds are processed back to your original method of payment). We unfortunately cannot accept third-party prepaid gift cards (vista, AMEX, Discover).
A: All products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It covers cracked lids, leaking around the threading/flip cap, improper lid fits, and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear-and-tear, accidental damage (drops), or odor retention.
A: U.S. and Canadian customers can submit a warranty claim here. (Note: You must keep the damaged bottle in hand until a warranty determination is reached).

A: Any unused, unwashed Strada product purchased directly from Stradafittness.com can be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Product will not be accepted if labels or stickers have been removed. Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs (which will be deducted from your final refund).

A: Once the return is processed at our warehouse, the refund will be issues to the original form of payment. This typically takes 10–12 business days. Note: Refunds can only be issued within 90 days from the original date of charge.

Do not microwave, freeze, or boil.
Not for use with hot or carbonated liquids, as they may build pressure within the bottle and unexpectedly leak or spray out. Avoid accidental opening by keeping the flip cap clear and using the lock. Some contents may build pressure during mixing. Always open with caution. In order to minimize bacterial growth, do not use to store warm dairy products or baby food or other perishable liquids.
