Any unused Strada bottle in its original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Product will not be accepted if the labels and stickers have been removed.

If your product is returned in used condition it will not be returned to you. You’ll be subject to a partial refund or alternative compensation determined by Strada.
