All products come with a limited lifetime warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It covers cracked lids, leaking around the threading/flip cap, improper lid fits, and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear-and-tear, accidental damage (drops), or odor retention.

U.S. and Canadian customers can submit a warranty claim here. (Note: You must keep the damaged bottle in hand until a warranty determination is reached).
